As Chief Executive Officer of The Argusta Group LLC, Kalon Argusta is a reliable, solutions-driven leader in the construction field who believes that trust is built through results. Known for making clear commitments and following through, Kalon is dedicated to helping homeowners, property owners, and clients feel confident throughout every stage of their project. His focus is simple: deliver quality work, provide responsive support, and ensure that each home or building project is completed with care, precision, and integrity.

A proud Arizona native, Kalon is passionate about building a company that brings dependable construction services, thoughtful project coordination, and efficient logistics to the Valley. He understands that successful projects require more than skilled work. They require clear communication, careful planning, reliable scheduling, and a team that respects both the client’s time and investment. At The Argusta Group, he is committed to creating a streamlined, professional experience from the initial conversation through project completion.

Kalon is proud to launch The Argusta Group alongside his husband, Jermaine, who serves as Chief Operating Officer. Together, they are building a company grounded in strong relationships, efficient systems, innovation, and service that clients can count on. Their shared vision is to establish an integral company in the Valley that is recognized for quality solutions, A-rated service, and doing what is right even when no one is watching.

Outside of work, Kalon and Jermaine have been married for nine years and share their home with their two dogs, Noiré and Saint Brixton. They enjoy attending church, shopping, spending quality time with family, and bringing everyone together for a fun and competitive game night. Their values of faith, family, creativity, and integrity remain at the center of every decision they make, both personally and professionally.

As Chief Operating Officer of The Argusta Group LLC, Jermaine Argusta brings nearly 10 years of leadership experience and a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and people-centered execution to every client relationship. Known for his ability to turn ambitious goals into clear, sustainable systems, Jermaine leads with a strong commitment to quality, accountability, communication, and meaningful results.

Jermaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy: Law and Society and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. He is preparing to pursue a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Policy, further advancing his commitment to effective leadership, organizational development, and lasting impact.

With a strong background in education leadership and organizational operations, Jermaine understands that exceptional service is built through thoughtful strategy and genuine care for people. He brings a results-driven mindset to every aspect of his work, ensuring that clients receive responsive support, practical solutions, and a smooth experience from the first conversation through successful completion.

Jermaine is recognized for his attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, and commitment to creating systems that strengthen communication, improve efficiency, and support lasting success.
